Things Lost

This painting was created using a combination of designs derived from classic tattoo imagery and contemporary culture, bringing about a hybrid of old and new, which is meant to carry historically relevant tattoo imagery forward and to continue the design philosophy applied to traditional tattoo design and to honor the history of the craft.

This sheet was used in my tattoo shop, American Beauty Tattoo. These designs were tattooed on many clients over the years as this hung on the wall in my business. I'm honored to have been able to make these designs into tattoos. 

This is a hand drawn and painted work, created on Arches 140lb acid free archival water-color paper using acrylic ink. 

The painting has a protective clear coat to aid in the protection of the work.
